Concierge
Schedule: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Full-Time)
Work Week Options:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Sunday to Thursday
- Rotating Weekends
Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient and Visitor Assistance:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide assistance with general inquiries.
- Escort patients and visitors to their destinations within the facility as needed.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate the needs of patients and visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient interactions and inquiries.
Safety and Security:
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.
- Follow established protocols for visitor access and identification.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to service delivery.
